Nos encontramos en un momento difícil para todas las personas que estamos teletrabajando y  tenemos niños en casa. Han sido muchos los recursos que se están proporcionando a través de chats de padres o aportados por los propios centros educativos. Desde la Fundación Adecco queremos aportar el nuestro para contribuir a la conciliación y aprovechar este tiempo como palanca de crecimiento  familiar y, al mismo tiempo, avanzar en las estrategias de diversidad, equidad e inclusión (De&I) que están desarrollando las empresas. Os presentamos el #DiversityChallenge.

¿Qué es el #DiversityChallenge?

Es una acción enmarcada en nuestra Escuela de Valores que estamos proponiendo a las empresas para que, aquellos empleados que tienen hijos, aprovechen este tiempo para hacer una actividad lúdica y educativa, encontrando una oportunidad perfecta para hablar de diversidad, discapacidad y trato adecuado. Esta actividad está dirigida por nuestros Diversitos.

¿Quiénes son los Diversitos?

Son nuestro equipo más singular y carismático, especializado en sensibilizar sobre discapacidad, diversidad e inclusión y ya está preparado para llegar a las empresas y trabajar su especialidad tanto con adultos como con niños. Desde la Fundación Adecco hemos creado los Amigurumis de Diversidad para visitar la casa de miles de niños en toda España, de la mano de empresas que están trabajando en estrategias de Diversidad e Inclusión. Lo que queremos es, a través de estos iconos, que los niños y padres hablen sobre diversidad y los valores fundamentales para ayudar entre todos a mejorar el conocimiento y sensibilidad en torno a la discapacidad.

¿En qué consiste la acción #DiversityChallenge?

Campaña de comunicación
Desde la Fundación Adecco ayudamos a las empresas a comunicar el #DiversitosChallenge durante estos días de confinamiento. Con mensajes de motivacióndirigidos a los empleados y a sus hijos, les animamos a participar en esta iniciativa. La comunicación contará con la historia de cada Diversito para que puedan contárselas a sus hijos y hablar sobre diversidad e inclusión.

Dibuja los Diversitos
Ahora toca dibujar. Esta actividad se basa en el parenting, es decir, está concebida para que padres e hijos hablen y dialoguen. Por ello, los empleados dibujarán con sus hijos a los Diversitos mientras les cuentan las historias sobre los diferentes tipos de discapacidad y las habilidades y talentos diferentes que han adquirido.

Redes sociales
Animaremos a los empleados a publicar el dibujo en sus redes sociales con el hashtag #DiversitosChallenge y así ayudar a visibilizar la discapacidad.

El viaje de los Diversitos
Una vez lanzado este primer reto, queremos que las empresas que se unan a esta iniciativa y creen sus propios Amigurimis para que durante el año éstos visiten las casas de cada niño y continúen con su misión: hablar de diversidad y discapacidad.

Siempre me ha gustado dibujar. Antes de poder hacerlo por mí mismo mi madre dibujaba lo que yo quería. Y así hemos llegado hasta aquí. Responsable de marca en Fundación Adecco.
